After-hours urgent clinic

After-hours care is available on weekday evenings and Saturdays through our Family Health Organization (Complete Care FHO). Each day, one clinic provides urgent care on a rotating basis.

Important: For severe symptoms or injuries, possible broken bones, cuts that may need stitches, or urgent procedures, please go to the nearest emergency department and/or call 911.

A note about walk-in clinics

If you’re rostered to a physician at our clinic, we ask that you use our clinic or our shared After-Hours Clinic rather than walk-in clinics whenever possible.

Using a walk-in clinic:

  • Limits access to your medical history

  • Disrupts continuity and follow-up care

  • Deducts OHIP funding directly from your family doctor

Repeated walk-in clinic use may lead to discharge from the practice in accordance with our clinic policy.
