To register as a new patient at Wellbird Health, you must:

Not already be rostered with a physician at Wellbird Health or an affiliated clinic

Live in Toronto and be able to attend in-person appointments

Agree to follow clinic policies and care processes

Registration is first-come, first-served and based on physician availability. Please submit one registration only. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for us to process your registration. You will be notified once complete.

New Patient Registration is Currently Paused.

As our physician team grows, we look forward to opening registration again in the near future.
