To keep appointments reliable and reduce cancellations or schedule changes, booking opens on a rolling basis up to 14 days in advance. Our physicians balance clinic care with other responsibilities, including hospital work, nursing-home visits, teaching, administrative duties, continuing education, and care coordination. Opening appointments closer to the visit date allows us to provide a more accurate and dependable schedule.

Registered patients have access to after-hours urgent care for concerns that can’t wait until the clinic reopens. For medical emergencies, please call 911 and proceed directly to the nearest Emergency department.
