Mindfulness program

Practical skills for stress reduction and improved wellbeing

A 5-week virtual group program where participants learn and practice mindfulness, meditation, and stress-reduction skills. Sessions run once weekly for 1 hour and are OHIP-covered with a valid health card. Program suitability is determined by your physician and an initial screening appointment.

Program details

  • 5-week virtual group program

  • 1 hour per week

  • Skills include mindfulness, meditation, breath awareness, awareness of thoughts/emotions/sensations, and stress-management techniques

  • Daily practice is expected, approximately 10 minutes per day

  • OHIP-covered with a valid health card

  • Suitability is determined by physician referral and screening appointment
