Book an Appointment
Appointments are recommended for prescription renewals to support safe ongoing monitoring. If you prefer a refill request without a visit, ask your pharmacy to fax us. A $30 fee applies, and requests may take up to 5 business days after payment.
Renew My Prescription
When possible, test results are shared through the patient portal. If your doctor needs to follow up, we’ll contact you. You can also book an appointment if you want to discuss your results. If it has been more than 2 weeks and you have not received your results, send a follow-up request below. Please include the test type, date, and location, if known.
Request Test Results
After a referral is sent, the specialist’s office or testing site will usually contact you directly. If you have not heard anything within 4 weeks for a non-urgent referral, or 2 weeks for an urgent referral, send a referral status request below.
